今回はTwitterをご商売で使われるときの考え方みたいな感じで書いてみます。使い方やTwitterの意味がよくわからない場合は、Twitterの使い方（初心者編）をぜひどうぞ。

- とりあえず登録してみる
1つのメールアドレスと3分の時間がなかったらムリです - てきとうにつぶやいておく
どんなヒト（企業）かわからなければフォローしにくいです - だれでもいいのでフォローしてみる
迷ったら{shiroutoSEO}さんとフォローされてるみなさんを :) - 何となく反応する
ごエンリョなさらずテキトーに。みんな何となくです - いろんなところでユーザー名を宣伝する

「つぶやく」ことになれたら、今度は効果測定です。私も遊んでるのではないので（？）どのくらいクリックされたのかを検証しました。
非常識なクリック率とバイラル効果と売上アップ
フツーにURLを書いてもTwitterからのトラフィックはGoogle Analyticsでは取れないみたいなので、海外SEOの{suzukik}鈴木さんがさりげなく使われていた、クリック測定ができる短縮URLを通します。
英語ですけどカンタンです。何となくGoogle検索すると、Webマーケティングブログ{web__marketing}さんがご紹介されていました。
では、どのくらいクリックされているのかを調べてみます。
Twitterで「つぶやく」だけでCTR10～30％
Cligsでとったデータの一部です。
画像はクリックすると大きくなります。
下から3番目は、私がプロフィールで設定している（このブログへの）URLで1日1クリックくらいです。
他はぜんぶ「つぶやき」ですけど、どれも15～25くらいはアクセスがあるみたいです。
15～17は「@」をつけてだれかに伝えたURL、25～28は何も付けずフツーにURLを書いてつぶやいたときの数値です。
ひとつだけ「57」がありますけど、これはSEO情報用に{suganeseo}清音さんがつくられたTwicco（ついっこ）{SEOCCO}への投稿です。
私をフォローして頂いているヒトが約80～110くらいで、seoccoは約440～460の時です。分母が少ないですけど、何となく書いたURLがカンタンに2ケタ％になってしまいます。
鈴木さんにも聞いたのですけど、やっぱりCTR20～40％だそうです。鈴木さんの場合は英語と日本語の二カ国語つぶやきなのでスゴイですよね。
「Twitter+はてなで大ブレイク」※ただしイケメンに限る
2ちゃんねるで有名らしいのですけど、テキトーにフレーズを書くと最後に「※ただしイケメンに限る」って付くWebサイトをつくられた{ropross}さんの情報より。公開数日のアクセスがTwitterとはてブで半分ずつ（どちらも800）くらいだったそうです。
ロプロスさんのフォロワー数も100くらいなので、鈴木さんと私も同じくらいなのですけど、おもしろいから口コミが広まって、イケメンに限るのWebサイトからもTwitterへ転送できるのでスゴイ速さと広さでバイラル効果がでたのだと思います。
「売上の15％がTwitter」なピザ屋さん
おもしろすぎてRSSには登録していない百式管理人さんのブログより。海外（ニューオリンズ）でのお話です。
元の記事も見たのですけど、気になることは「売上の15％」っていうことで、15％アップっていう書き方ではなかったです。海外ではTwitterの利用が日本よりは多いので、今まで電話で注文していたヒトがTwitterで･･･なんて考えてしまいました。

Twitterをビジネスで使うときにやっておくこと（準備編）
Twitterユーザーは、だれでも気にせずフォローしたり、私みたいにスパムかどうかを確認したり、色んなヒトがいます。できるだけたくさんのユーザーにフォローして頂くため最低限やっておくこと。
このキャプチャーは、私のユーザー名をクリックしたときに表示される画面で、どこが見られているのかを明るくしてみました。

最初に画像が目に入ります。企業のロゴや人の写真など、ひと目でわかるもの、オリジナルがイイと思います。 - つぶやき（コンテンツ）の内容
どんなヒト（企業）かはココを見られます。だれと会話をしているのかで、何に関連しているのかも知ることができます。 - WebサイトのURL
あったらクリックしてみるので入れておいた方が良いです。 - 自己紹介
つぶやきだけでは「何となく」すぎてわからないかも知れません。WebページでのH1タグのように考えるとイイかも？ - フォロー数
私は気にしないのですけど、どのくらいTwitterで活動しているのかを見る指標になります。フンイキですね。
2～4は右上にある「設定」から入力できるので、はじめたらすぐに設定しましょう。つぶやき（情報発信）は5つ以上くらいで、いろいろな話題が書かれているとわかりやすいです。
Twitterをビジネスで使うときに気をつけること（実践編）
「やってはダメ」っていうことではなくって、私が個人的に「これはちょっと･･･」と思ったことを書いてみます。
短時間に連続して書きすぎない
たとえば5分間で100回つぶやくと、フォローして頂いているみなさんの画面がいっぱいになってしまいます。とってもウザくて嫌われてしまうもとです。
フォロー数が4けた以上になっているようなヘビーユーザーさんならイイかも知れませんけど、日本でのTwitter市場は発展途上っていうことを考えて、まとめてみてください。
営業・広告率を下げる
100％が宣伝だったら、ホントにその企業が好きなヒトにかたよってしまって新規顧客数が少なくなってしまいます。
Twitterは雑談っていうアイテムで、ヒトとのつながりをもつていうことを意識したほうがイイと思います。
ホントにイイものを紹介
何でもたくさん宣伝したいお気持ちはよくわかります。でも、Twitterはバナーやテキスト広告ではなくって「口コミ広場」です。
ホントにオススメ！っていうものや、これは役に立ちます！っていうネタにしぼったり、伝え方を工夫されることをおすすめします。
フォローや回答の方針を決めておく
フォローされたら返すor全く返さない、@付きの回答をするorしない、などを先に決めて続けることをオススメします。
DELL社の日本法人{DellConsumer_JP}は「フォローは返さない」「@付きで返信する」っていう方針です。
「法人」よりも「個人」
とっても重要です。
例えば、DELL社のつぶやきは宣伝率が9割以上ですけど、そのときどきで「定額給付金の使いみちは決まりましたか？」のような、機械ではなくヒトが書いていることが伝わります。
個人が発信すると、親しみやすさやつながりを感じやすくなるので、企業の宣伝ではなく「個人」のファンを増やすことができるはずです。
Twitterマーケティングの魅力は「セグメントフリー」
ウチのボスが勝手につくった言葉で「敷居が低すぎる（またはナイ）」っていう意味と「ノミの市（フリーマーケット）」の要素があるそうです。
Twitterの中だけで考えると目的はたったひとつ「たくさんフォローされること」です。口コミなので、だれからだれに、どう伝わるのか予想もできないからです。
セグメント（ターゲット）を「化粧品販売、40～50代、女性」としたらTwitterを知らないヒトがほとんどなので、Yahoo!や楽天、mixiで･･･といろいろ考えますけど、Twitterにはそれがありません。
また、大企業やアタマのカタイ組織ではTwitterを戦術として使いにくいこんな不利さがあります。
- 日本ではまだ有名になってない（知らないものはあとで）
- 効果測定がムズカシイ（数値がなければダメ、ゼッタイ）
- いつもオンラインな環境が必要（他の業務をしなさい）
- 遊んでいるように見える（さぼってはダメ）
- 日本人な考え方が多い（何してるが理解できないからダメ）
ちょっとSEOと共通してますねｗ
小回りのきく中小企業の「ヒト」が主役になれそうな市場です。
セグメンテーション、ターゲティング、ペルソナ、はできません。
Twitterの本質は単純に「口コミ」です。
男性がネイルアートのお店のリンクをクリックしても売上は見込めませんけど、男性がそのお店の「店長さん」をフォローしていて
「このヒトおもしろいしイイひとそうだな」
と思って、つぶやき合ってたら、デコグッズを探してる女性に
「知り合いがやってるショップを見てみてよ」
になるかも知れませんよね。
ポイントは間接効果と知り合い効果です。
店長さんが購入の相談にものっていたら、プレゼントにつながることも考えられます。ストレートに「宣伝」ではない方が「らしさ」があって自然ですし、Twitter担当さんもやりやすいと思います。
何となく「有益かも」だったり「おもしろいかも」
最後はちょっとオマケです。

被リンク20件にも関わらず、検索数60,000件のキーワードで賢威テンプレページが5位！Yahoo攻略法が分かってきた。Yahoo！は1,500文字～2,000文字以内のテキストが命だ。

Yahooショッピングの商品タイトルには記号を入れない方が良い。検索にヒットし難いアルゴリズムになっている。担当に聞いたのだから間違いない。

twitterからのアクセス、その後ですが、公開から5日半経過した現在で、約3500UUとなっております。
大きなニュースサイトでも紹介されたので、さすがに母数からするとたいした数値ではないのですが、それでもtwitter経由でこれだけの方が訪問してくれるというのは予想外でした。
各投稿に「twitterに投稿」というリンクを設けたのが効いているのかもしれませんね。
Twitterのクリック率って高いですよね。
基本がヒトリゴトと思ったら、ECサイトや企業のページにツイッターボタンを置くのってスゴく有効な気がします。（Follow Me の方ではなくって、RTになるボタン）
「※ただしイケメンに限る」みたいなおもしろいコンテンツを考えることができたら、一気に有名になれるっていう意味でビジネス編なのです。こじつけっぽいので、何でもアリって言えばアリですねｗ
